This Privacy Policy explains how WebFluxor ("WebFluxor", "we", "us") — a web design and digital advertising studio based in Hollywood, Florida, USA — collects, uses, and protects information when you visit webfluxor.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services.

Information you give us. When you submit our project form, book a call, or contact us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, business or website links, budget range, timeline, and your project description.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, our analytics tools may collect your IP address, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, pages visited, time on page, referral source, and interaction events (for example, clicking a "Book a Call" button). Hosting logs. The Site is hosted on Netlify, which may process IP addresses and standard server logs to deliver the Site securely.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote or project plan;
• To provide, deliver, and support the services you order;
• To understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content and performance;
• To measure and improve our own advertising campaigns (for example, via Meta Pixel conversion events);
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly ask for them.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy: Netlify, Google, Meta.

On your first visit you can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner; if you decline, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not loaded. We keep project inquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to discuss and deliver work, and afterwards for our business records. If you want your inquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it from the systems we control.

• Ask us to correct or delete it;

The Site and our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
